Our client is a leading player in the maintenance and detailed planning of outdoor environments in the Nordic region. They work with everything from playgrounds and artificial turf fields to walls, fences, and stairs. The company offers high-quality and environmentally responsible services to, among others, district administrations, property companies, housing associations, and industrial properties.

They are now looking for more dedicated construction workers to join their team in central Stockholm. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a varied and flexible work environment where development, responsibility, and team spirit are in focus.

In the role of construction worker, you will work with varied projects within construction and outdoor environments. Your workdays will vary, and you will have the opportunity to develop broad competence in the field.

The position involves year-round outdoor work and suits you if you enjoy physical and practical work together with a close-knit team.

The location is primarily in central Stockholm, but may vary depending on the project.

The duties include, among other things:

• Paving
• Carpentry and tool handling
• Reading and understanding drawings
• Welding and ironwork
• Snow clearing during the winter season
• Handling snow clearing equipment
• Operating larger vehicles within construction and snow clearing
• Construction of, for example, playgrounds and artificial turf fields

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 06:30-15:30, Friday 06:30-14:00
Employment type: Full-time
Start date: According to agreement

• Experience in physical and practical outdoor work
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English
• Accustomed to working outdoors year-round
• Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
• Self-motivated and responsible work approach
• Good teamwork skills and willingness to develop

• Gardening or other specialized construction education
• Operator's certificate for wheel loaders, wheeled excavators, or tracked excavators
• Previous experience within construction, ground work, or similar professions
