We are now looking for you who want to work with receiving, returns handling, service, and maintenance of our machinery fleet – and who thrive with varied tasks, personal responsibility, and customer contact.

Your main responsibilities include

• Responsibility for the entire returns and receiving process, including receiving charges billed to the customer
• Receive and functionally test returned machines
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and service on the machinery fleet
• Maintain order in storage shelves and ensure machines and spare parts are properly labeled
• Order and handle spare parts as well as bill for customer damages
• Maintain service books and ensure service intervals are followed
• Pick customer orders, load and unload incoming and outgoing goods
• Develop customer relationships in every meeting and contribute to the best customer experience in everyday life, as you will have daily customer contact
• Report quality defects and actively participate in improvement work
• Collaborate closely with your colleagues and contribute to a good work environment, health, and safety culture

We are looking for you who have

• A solution-oriented and orderly personality
• An offensive and curious mindset – you see opportunities where others see obstacles
• A strong desire to develop and take responsibility
• Ability to collaborate while working independently
• Good machine knowledge and interest in technology
• Forklift license and B-driver’s license (lift license and BE-driver’s license are meritorious)
