Job Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting skilled industrial painters for assignments with a company in Skåne specializing in corrosion protection and advanced surface treatment. The company operates both in its own production facilities and at various industrial sites, where precision, safety, and durable results are central to the work. In this role, you will work with the treatment and painting of metal and steel surfaces across a variety of projects. Tasks are performed both in the workshop and on-site at customer locations, such as industrial buildings, construction projects, and technical facilities. The work may involve physically demanding environments where you will be outdoors, working at heights, or in areas with dust, noise, and chemicals. Work in confined spaces and under varying weather conditions is also common. Your main responsibilities:

• Surface preparation and cleaning through blasting and similar methods
• Application of rust protection systems and industrial paint
• Spray painting according to current specifications and quality requirements
• Measurement and control of coating layers and final finish
• Interpretation of drawings and work instructions
• Collaboration with colleagues and independent work on-site

Depending on needs, other workshop production tasks may also be included, such as wet painting or powder coating of components and parts. About the position:

• Employment level: Full-time

• Work location: Arlöv and surrounding areas

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in industrial painting, surface treatment, or a similar field
• Is familiar with working with blasting, rust protection painting, and spray equipment
• Has a structured approach to work and high quality awareness
• Can read and follow technical instructions and drawings
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish
• Hold a valid Category B driver's license

• SSG Entre certificate
• Certificate for hot work
• Work at height certificate (Liftkort)
• Working on roads certificate
• Crane or safe lifting experience
• Forklift license
