Operations Technician for Consultancy Assignment in East Central Stockholm

Are you an independent operations technician who thrives in an operational role within commercial properties? Then this assignment might be the right fit for you.

About the Assignment

We are looking for an experienced operations technician with a background in commercial properties for an exciting company in Stockholm. The assignment starts no later than June 8th and initially runs for 6 months, with good opportunities for extension. The assignment is preferably full-time, but 80% is also possible.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Daily rounds in and around the properties and handling fault reports from tenants.
• Maintenance, supervision, and corrective maintenance of technical installations within heating, ventilation, and control systems.
• Actively working on optimization in the daily operation of technical installations.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Education in operations and property technology, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.
• A few years of experience working as an operations technician.
• Experience with commercial properties.
• Good administrative skills and experience documenting in fault reporting or case management systems.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

We are looking for someone who is structured, responsible, and independent in their approach to work. You have good problem-solving skills and enjoy working both operationally and on-site in the properties. Furthermore, you are service-oriented with a natural ability to collaborate with both colleagues and external partners. You have a genuine interest in technology and are driven by developing and optimizing the technical systems of the properties.

Your assignment takes place at the client's site, but you choose whether you want to work as a subcontractor with your own company or as a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by collective agreements, insurance, and pension plans.
