Job Responsibilities

Care work is varied and exciting, where you provide support and help to people in their daily lives. We have several different operations you can choose to work within:

• Home Care Services
• Nursing Homes / Elderly Care
• Short-term Accommodation / Rehabilitation
• Group Homes and Short-term Accommodation (LSS)
• Social Psychiatry
• Personalized Support / Personal Assistance

Your workday will primarily consist of providing support, service, and care based on individual needs. This may include help with hygiene, medication management, cooking, and rehabilitation training. Through various activities, such as walks or outings, you contribute to creating joy and motivation among our clients.

The work is carried out sometimes together with your colleagues and sometimes alone. Working hours in the operations are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends, or nights and weekends. On-call duty also occurs within some operations.

The summer vacation period is scheduled during the months of June, July, and August. During this period, you have the opportunity to work according to a schedule.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have completed upper secondary education in care and social services or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Furthermore, we would appreciate if you have experience working in care and social services, but even you without experience are warmly welcome to apply.

Since we are legally required to document our work, it is crucial that you are computer literate and can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing; therefore, a language test is part of the recruitment process. The work also involves heavy physical tasks, requiring good physical fitness. A Class B driver's license for manual transmission is also required for some operations.

As a person, you are engaged, sensitive, and empathetic. You enjoy meeting people and collaborating with others. You are flexible and confident even when plans change, and you meet every person with respect and care.

You follow routines and laws within the care sector and keep agreed-upon times. You communicate clearly and simply, both orally and in writing, and adapt to who you are speaking with.
