RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to broaden your skills and try something new at the same time? Now you have the chance to join an inspiring journey through our operations. We are looking for nurses for a unique introduction program where, over three months, you will have the opportunity to work in home care, care and support housing, LSS (support and service for persons with certain disabilities), and social psychiatry.

This is a perfect opportunity for you if you are curious, want to develop, and thrive on variety in your work. Whether you are a recent graduate or have extensive experience, you will gain a broad insight into municipal healthcare and the chance to find your specific focus.

What do we offer?

We offer a secure and structured introduction with supervision, where you spend one month in each department. After the introduction period, the position converts to a permanent employment as a nurse responsible for nursing care, with the patient in focus.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct medical assessments and make well-founded decisions.
• Perform healthcare tasks with a focus on patient safety and quality.
• Plan care interventions and actively collaborate with colleagues.
• Work preventively to promote the patient's health.
• Documentation and registration in various quality systems.
• Work proactively to prevent care-related injuries.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to students and care staff.
• Participate in operational development and improvement work.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a nurse with us, you are a key person in creating security, good care quality, and a positive experience for our patients. You will have a central and meaningful role in the operations. After a thorough introduction, you will have the opportunity to choose the department where you feel most comfortable and believe you can make the greatest impact.

• Registered Nurse (RN).
• Valid driver's license (Category B) and driving experience.

It is an advantage if you have experience in municipal healthcare or if you are familiar with the Treserva system.

• Are secure, empathetic, and have a genuine patient focus.
• Contribute to a good team spirit and are easy to collaborate with.
• Have clear, respectful, and open communication.
• Take responsibility for your tasks and see the bigger picture in the care process.
