Asphalt Workers for Flisa (Innlandet) – Seasonal Job 2026

Bernt Gundersen Graveservice AS is looking for skilled and reliable asphalt workers for the upcoming 2026 season. We are seeking individuals who thrive in an active outdoor environment, have a strong work ethic, and focus on quality and safety.

We are based in Flisa, but we carry out jobs in several locations in Innlandet. Weekly commuting may be required – in which case we offer commuter housing.

What We Offer

• Duration: Until the end of October
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, primarily during daytime
• Salary: Good salary – above collective agreement rates

Your Responsibilities

As an asphalt worker, you will play a key role in ensuring that our projects are delivered with high quality and on time. Your tasks may include:

• Asphalt laying
• Machine operation (asphalt pavers and rollers)
• Carrying out all types of asphalt assignments for private clients, contractors, municipalities, and internal projects

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this job, it is necessary that you have:

• Experience as an asphalt worker
• Category B driver's license (BE or C is an advantage)
• Good physical condition and the ability to work in varying weather conditions

As a person, it is important to us that you are meticulous, reliable, and have good teamwork skills. You should be positive and solution-oriented, with a good attitude towards work. If you have an asphalt certification, this is a significant bonus.
