About the Role

We are looking for an independent CNC machine operator who will have the opportunity to handle the entire process from programming to the finished part. Since you will be working with piece production and small series, the role involves varied work with frequent changeovers, programming, and tool changes. As a CNC operator, you are responsible for programming, setting up the machines, and executing the production.

You will be working with:

• Programming and optimization of CNC programs
• Setup and calibration of CNC machines
• Turning
• Milling
• Quality control using measuring tools
• Planning and preparation of upcoming jobs during production

About You

We are looking for someone who is technically interested, independent, and has a natural understanding of how machines function. You are a problem solver who takes responsibility for your work and sees solutions rather than obstacles. Attention to detail and quality awareness are second nature to you, and you always strive to deliver parts with the highest precision. You thrive in a work environment with a flat hierarchy and value a workplace where collaboration, responsibility, joy, and development are central values.

The requirements for the position are:

• Experience as a CNC machine operator where you have programmed machines and produced "from A to Z"
• Good knowledge of wood materials
• Good understanding of technical drawings and metrology
