About You

We are now looking for bakers for assignments at a larger ICA store in Västerort, Stockholm.

We are looking for you who have education or documented experience from a bakery with a focus on bread production and cooling. To be relevant for the position, we are looking for you who are used to working according to clear routines, maintaining a high pace, and delivering consistent quality in production.

In the bakery, you work together with the store's own staff, which requires good teamwork and communication skills. The team consists of both the bakery manager, sales manager, and several employees who together are responsible for the daily production.

This is a position focused on bread, buns, and cooling – not pastry baking. Therefore, we are looking for you who feel confident in independent bread production and who have the ability to work efficiently without compromising on quality.

We are looking for you who:

• Have experience with bread production and cooling
• Can work independently and in a structured manner
• Focus on quality and efficiency in production
• Speak and understand Swedish fluently
• Enjoy early mornings and teamwork
• Are responsible and communicative

Documented experience in bakery work is meritorious. Education in bakery arts is also meritorious.

Working Hours

Working hours vary and start time is from 05:00. Therefore, we are looking for you who are comfortable with early mornings.

The work is scheduled on weekdays and weekends.

Scope

The store is looking for two people for the summer:

• One position of approx. 38 hours/week during weeks 26–33
• One position of approx. 32 hours/week during weeks 26–29

Both positions involve approximately 4–5 work shifts per week, including weekends. The schedule is varied.

Salary according to collective agreement.

Position Scope and Start

The position is filled immediately, and you will be employed by Bemannica AB and work as a consultant at a larger ICA store in Västerort, Stockholm.

For the right candidate, there are very good opportunities for continued work and more shifts after the summer.
