With several facilities across Sweden, the company plays an established role in the flow between customers, recycling, and industry. The operations include, among other things, receiving, sorting, and processing materials, with a focus on metal recycling and efficient material handling. Here, you become part of a practical and important operation where collaboration, safety, and order in daily work are central.

We at Asta Agency collaborate with the company in this recruitment process. This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for extension and/or permanent employment. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at the client's site.

As a Granulator Operator, you will be a key part of the production chain where cables and other materials are handled, sorted, and processed for further recycling. This role suits you if you enjoy practical work, want to work close to machinery, and appreciate a clear daily routine where attention to detail and responsibility make a big difference.

In the role, you handle cables and materials prior to processing, remove plastic, debris, and unwanted material, and feed and monitor granulating machines in the process. You will also use forklifts or other industrial vehicles to move materials and contribute to keeping the workplace safe, structured, and efficient. The position involves physical work with manual handling, lifting, and repetitive tasks, where good physical fitness and respect for safety routines are important.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to work, and thrives in a practical role where you use your body in your work. You take responsibility for your tasks, keep your area tidy, and find it easy to follow instructions and routines. To thrive in this role, we also believe you are meticulous, enduring, and contribute to a secure and positive work environment together with your colleagues.

Additionally, you have:

• A valid B-driver's license and access to your own car, as public transport to the workplace is limited

• Forklift license or operator permit for industrial vehicles, e.g., forklift license A/B

• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor

• Experience in physical work within industries such as manufacturing, warehousing, production, or similar

• Ability to follow safety routines, instructions, and work processes

Meritorious experience:

• Experience in recycling, production, or material handling

• Mechanical interest or habit of working close to machinery

• Start: According to agreement

• Location: Sollentuna

• Scope: Full-time

• Salary: According to agreement
