We are now looking for you who have a pronounced service spirit, have worked as a property caretaker for several years, and like to keep things tidy and organized. If you also have experience with and a liking for gardening, it is a plus.

You have "eyes on you" and notice when something needs fixing, and you are happy to come up with your own development ideas.

If you are a service-oriented person with an eye for quality and a sense of how properties create a good impression, and who enjoys working with service, then you are the right person. You also see the details in the big picture.

You must have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, to help our customers in the best possible way, as well as to work with our order management system, DeDU, and Vitec, where all jobs and times are registered. You will be responsible for a number of properties in the Stockholm area.

In these properties, most possible tasks that can occur in a property will need to be performed.

The duties include, among other things, rounds including replacement of light sources, adjustments of door closers, gates, etc., replacement of sinks, toilets, and mixers, keeping order in the trash room and all other common areas and gardens/courtyards, clearing drains, working with energy optimization, ventilation, snow removal, etc. – in short, everything that is needed to keep the properties in good order and condition.
