In your role as a Terminal Worker, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and sorting parcels and palletized goods, as well as processing parcels at Cargoscan. You must ensure that daily operations are always carried out according to DHL Express guidelines and processes. Therefore, strong coordination skills and a clear understanding of instructions and procedures are essential. The role involves lifting heavy items.

The position is a summer role running through June, July, and August 2026. Working hours are weekday evenings from 16:30 to 20:30. We prefer candidates who are available for extensive hours during the summer months.

Heavy lifting may be required, up to 25 kg. It is important that you are comfortable with this physical demand.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements for the position:

• Basic technical knowledge and the ability to perform physical labor.
• Currently a student or employed in another role for at least 50% (proof of employment/studies required).
• Clean credit and background record (belastningsregister).
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English.
• A positive attitude and the ability to handle stress.
• Flexible schedule – availability to work 2–3 shifts per week.

Preferred qualifications: Forklift license and experience operating counterbalance forklifts.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As this terminal is a secured area, a comprehensive background check is required. Applicants must be able to verify their employment or study history for the past five years. This is a consultancy position, meaning you will be employed by Student Consulting but work on-site at our client's location.
