Are you an experienced dentist looking to work for one of Europe's largest dental care providers?

You now have the opportunity to work as a Dental Coordinator at Folktandvården Tyresö, a role for you who wants to combine clinical work with dental leadership and development. In addition to your individual base salary, you will receive an allowance of 5,000 SEK per month.

Your Role

In this role, you will work closely with the clinic manager and serve as a support in dental matters as well as in the daily quality and development work at the clinic. You will be involved in deviation management, follow-up, and improvement work, contributing to ensuring high quality and patient safety in operations.

You also play a key role in identifying training and development areas within the clinic and driving competence development for employees. The role includes mentoring and supporting colleagues who are new to their positions, contributing knowledge to daily work, and creating security during onboarding and development. Together, we work to create efficient working methods, good collaboration, and a clinic with high dental quality and excellent patient care.

The position is combined with clinical work as a dentist, and the scope of the Dental Coordinator role is estimated at approximately 20–50 percent, depending on the operational needs and the candidate's experience. We also offer specialized competence in implant surgery and prosthodontics, as well as an established senior team.

The clinic has 12 modern treatment rooms and offers comprehensive general dentistry with high dental competence. We are centrally located at Tyresö Centrum with good transport links, about 17 minutes from Gullmarsplan, and offer free parking. Your Background

We are looking for you who are a licensed dentist with a few years of experience within various dental fields of general dentistry. For you, high-quality dental care is a given, as is a professional and trustworthy approach towards both patients and colleagues. You have excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, and thrive in a role where you get to support, develop, and inspire others. As a person, you are solution-oriented, engaged, and have an interest in quality and development work.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and your ability to collaborate. Previous experience in a dental leadership or coordination role is meritorious.

We would like you to have good system proficiency and basic knowledge of the Office suite.

Employment
