About the role

As a Personal Service Technician, you work with diagnostics, service, and repairs. You are responsible for the entire process: from booking the appointment to when the car is ready for pickup, as well as providing feedback to the customer.

In this role, you will have different work areas as we work flexibly within our team. Through your engaged and professional approach, you will always ensure the customer feels professionally attended to.

What we expect from you

We believe you have a technical interest and thrive in working directly with customers. You enjoy working in a team that supports and motivates each other. We would appreciate it if you have automotive technical education or experience in similar tasks, as well as good knowledge of the glass business.

Meritorious experience:

• Previous experience working with brands such as Volvo, Nissan, and/or Renault
• Previous experience working with Tacdis and Kobra

For this position, we also expect you to be proficient in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing. A Category B driver's license is required.
