About the position

As an employee in home care, you work with providing support and care to our customers in their own homes. The tasks vary depending on the individual's needs and may include personal care, assistance with daily chores, and social support.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with personal care and hygiene
• Support during meals and medication reminders/delivery
• Help with dressing and undressing as well as transfers
• Perform simple household chores according to the implementation plan
• Provide social support and create security for our customers
• Document performed interventions according to the company's routines

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible, flexible, and has a good manner of dealing with people
• Enjoys working with people and building good relationships
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Has good teamwork skills
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications

• Experience from home care, elderly care, or healthcare work
• Education in care and nursing
• Experience with documentation in healthcare
