About Us

Crafttech is a company composed of gardening enthusiasts specializing in garden maintenance, primarily in the northern Stockholm area. We offer fun and varied work in a pleasant company environment. Responsibilities

As a groundskeeper, you are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of gardens and green areas during the season. Your tasks include mowing grass, trimming edges, pruning trees and bushes, planting, and weeding. You ensure the soil receives proper nutrients, manage irrigation, and keep areas clean by removing leaves and garden waste. To maintain lawn health, you perform aeration, verticutting, and moss control. You also ensure that walkways and patios remain tidy and free from dirt. During the winter and spring seasons, we also work with snow removal and sanding to keep roads, walkways, and property surfaces safe and well-maintained.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience or a strong interest in garden and ground maintenance. You are responsible, organized, and have an eye for detail. The work is outdoors, and we are looking for someone who enjoys physical work and approaches their tasks with enthusiasm.

Education in garden maintenance or a related field is an advantage. If you lack formal education, we value drive, openness to learning, and a willingness to learn. You should have a good work ethic, be able to work independently, and yet be a team player who collaborates well with colleagues.

A B-driver's license and good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, are required. If you have a front-end loader license, experience with tree pruning, and/or good plant knowledge, we consider this an advantage.

Terms of Employment:

• Start Date: According to agreement
• Employment Type and Scope: As needed
• Working Hours: We operate Mon–Thu 06:30–16:00 and Fri 06:30–12:30
