About the job

Your main responsibility is to deliver food products to Axfood's stores, ensuring they receive the right goods, in the right condition, and on time. You will deliver both dry goods and chilled/frozen items in cages and on pallets, which you unload directly at the stores. You may also be required to assist with loading at the terminal when needed.

You will be based at Dagab's terminal in Bålsta, where you will also return after your shifts.

Introduction and training in routines and processes take place for 5 days (Monday–Friday) before you start, following a reversing test with a car and trailer.

Who we are looking for:

• You have good experience in driving and customer contact, as well as a strong service mindset.

• You are confident in reversing a truck and trailer to the dock.

• You have a good eye for order and attention to detail.

• Since the work can be physically demanding, we appreciate that you take care of your health and have good physical fitness to work ergonomically correctly.

• Other personal qualities are also valued.

Working hours:

We prefer that you are flexible regarding which days and times you can work, to support operations where the need is greatest. (A rotating schedule may apply).

General schedule for local food distribution:

Monday 07.00–16.00, Tuesday–Friday 06.00–16.00.

General schedule for long-distance food distribution:

Rotating schedule covering all hours of the day.

Requirements:

• CE driving license.

• Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).

• ADR 1.3 certification.

• Forklift license.

• You must be able to understand, speak, and read Swedish without hindrance.

Merits:

• At least 6 months of daily driving experience with a heavy truck and trailer.

• Previous experience in food distribution.

Employment:

You will start as an employee with Job&Talent, with a high possibility of transitioning to direct employment with Dagab.
