Personal Qualities
We are looking for you who enjoy working in a training role. A pedagogical approach and effective training where the student's development is the focus is what you strive for. Being up-to-date and being a role model is important to you. You have great empathetic ability and can easily put yourself in the student's situation. This allows you to know when it is time to accelerate or brake in the training pace.
Furthermore, we are looking for you who are responsible and careful even when the work pace is high. You have the ability to handle several different tasks and processes simultaneously. You have good cooperation skills and find it easy to adapt to new tasks. You approach the assignment in a structured way and have a good ability to work independently.
