Meliva is planning to open a new primary healthcare center in Ytterby, along Marstrandsvägen. We will operate the clinic in completely newly built premises close to public transport. Our goal is to offer safe and accessible care where we collaborate across all competencies. We are now looking for you who want to be part of our team from the start and help drive our operations forward.

About the Position

The Region is currently processing our application to start a healthcare choice within primary care and rehabilitation. Meliva Primary Healthcare Center, Child Health Center (BVC), and rehab plan to start operations on November 1, 2026. We are now looking for a Specialist in General Medicine who wants to be involved from the start to help build our operations. Here, we will work together with the patient in focus.

Our goal is to meet patients' needs with knowledge, experience, and quality with high accessibility. We need you who enjoy working in a team but can also make independent decisions, are flexible, and solution-focused.

Responsibilities may include among other things:

• Reception visits, both acute and planned appointments, both physically and digitally.
• You are responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients of all ages.
• Collaboration with other professions at the primary healthcare center, where you get the opportunity to share your expertise and learn from others.
• Quality and improvement work.
• Mentoring future colleagues who are completing their AT (Internship) and ST (Specialization Training).

We are looking for you who:

• Are a Specialist in General Medicine and have a holistic perspective on the patient's needs and the mission of primary care.
• Have experience from primary care and are confident in your professional role.
• Enjoy teamwork but also have a good ability to work independently with high medical quality.
• Have good communication skills, are empathetic, and treat patients professionally.
• Want to participate in operational development.
