Job Responsibilities

As a care assistant, your role involves supporting individuals to lead a meaningful daily life based on their abilities. Based on approved assistance, you will provide individual care and services to the elderly in their own homes. The work is planned, carried out, evaluated, and documented in consultation with the elderly person.

You will perform health and nursing tasks according to instructions and delegation, and collaborate in the joint care and nursing work. You will also actively participate in the workplace's quality and development work and carry out your duties in a cost-conscious manner.

We work with a salutogenic approach to deliver good and safe care, where the involvement of the elderly person contributes to comprehensibility, manageability, and meaningfulness in their life situation.

Your Profile

Experience in home care is an advantage. To provide our elderly with a good daily life, you must have a good attitude towards people and a positive outlook on life. Other important qualities include the ability to build professional relationships and strong initiative.

Within home care, you will work largely independently but will also be part of a team. Therefore, both independence and teamwork skills are essential.

Working Hours

Your schedule will include evenings and weekends.
