Do you want to work with advanced precision mechanics in a growing and innovative production environment? At Another Snus Factory, you will take on a key role in the maintenance team, working with state-of-the-art snus machines. We are now looking for an experienced production mechanic who wants to be part of their journey forward.

About the Role

As a production mechanic, you are responsible for keeping the machinery in top condition and minimizing production downtime. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and supervision of production machines.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving operational stoppages to ensure high production rates.

  • Participating in improvement work and maintenance projects.

  • Reporting completed work in our maintenance system.

  • Collaborating closely with operators and the maintenance manager.

The work is independent but takes place within a team where we support each other and work towards common goals.

About You

We are looking for a senior industrial mechanic with experience in precision machine technology who enjoys solving complex problems. You are self-assured, unpretentious, and able to keep your cool even under stressful conditions. You are a team player who contributes energy and joy to the group.

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in precision mechanics within the industry.

  • Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing complex production machines with small and sensitive components.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Valid driver's license (Category B).

  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of GD snus machines.

  • Experience with maintenance systems (Mainter).

  • Familiarity with Ettiketto, Logimark, and Smipack.

  • Location: Kungsängen

  • Employment: Full-time. Permanent position after a 6-month probation period.
