About the role

At Trädgårdsanläggare Hallblom AB, we are now looking for a foreman with a focus on our maintenance contracts and operational contracts. The role involves leading and being responsible for our maintenance areas – from planning and resource allocation to follow-up, quality control, and customer contact in consultation with the operations manager.

We work with everything from green area maintenance, weed control, planting care, and lawn mowing to winter maintenance, tree care, and ongoing operations. As a foreman, you will become a key person ensuring that the work maintains high quality and that the customer feels secure throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities

The role includes among other things:

• Planning and leading daily maintenance work
• Leading staff and allocating resources in the areas
• Conducting site visits, quality checks, and follow-ups
• Having ongoing dialogue with customers and property owners
• Handling fault reports and corrective actions
• Planning for machinery, materials, and staffing
• Ensuring documentation and self-inspections
• Participating in cost estimation and quotation work as needed
• Following up on completed work and ensuring quality according to contract

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a foreman in civil engineering, landscaping, or operations
• Is accustomed to customer contact and enjoys building long-term relationships
• Has good structure and can plan and prioritize in daily life
• Is solution-oriented and thrives with many balls in the air
• Has experience in maintenance and operation of outdoor environments
• Has financial thinking and understanding of planning and follow-up
• Has good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits:

• Experience with maintenance contracts and operational contracts
• Education in landscaping, civil engineering, or construction
• Experience with contract law or customer agreements
• Experience with cost estimation and project planning
