Assistant Gym Manager at SATS 💪

Do you love working with people and ensuring everything runs smoothly? As an Assistant Gym Manager at SATS, you support the Gym Manager in the daily operations of the gym, with a strong focus on cleanliness, sales, and member service. Your job is to ensure that the gym is welcoming, well-maintained, and provides the best experience for our members.

When the Gym Manager is away, you take over responsibility to ensure everything runs as usual. If you enjoy an active and varied role where no two days are alike, this could be the job for you!

SATS Hötorget is looking for an Assistant Gym Manager on a 100% basis, starting in August.

Your Responsibilities: 🌟

• Ensure a clean and safe gym: Make sure all surfaces are cleaned, well-maintained, and meet SATS's high standards.

• Drive sales and growth: Collaborate with the team to welcome new members, market services, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Provide outstanding member service: Be present in the gym and reception, answer questions, and ensure every member feels appreciated.

• Support daily operations: Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

• Work flexible hours: Your shifts may vary from early mornings and late evenings to weekends to ensure optimal presence at the gym.

• Have an interest in service, cleaning, and working with people.

• Are organized, proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility.

• Have experience in sales and customer service.

• Fluent in Swedish and English.
