In the role of Service Technician at Miele, you will work with service, troubleshooting, and repair of Miele household appliances at the customer's location. You will operate from your home base, using the service van as your mobile workplace. The primary work area will be in Stockholm, but travel and overnight stays in other locations may occur.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting, service, and repair of Miele household appliances for private customers and small businesses.
  • Provide professional advice on the use, care, and maintenance of the products.
  • Identify customer needs and actively work on upselling accessories, products, and service solutions.
  • Plan and carry out service visits independently with high quality and efficiency.
  • Create a first-class customer experience through a service-oriented and solution-focused approach.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • An electrical or mechanical education, such as being an electrician, automation mechanic, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and technical work, preferably with private customers.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Good understanding of English, as manuals and training are partly conducted in English.
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office.
  • A valid driver's license (Category B) and a clean criminal record extract.
