Your Responsibilities

As a switchgear assembler, you will work with the assembly and installation of technical solutions within electricity and power distribution. The role involves both workshop work and on-site customer projects, where you, together with colleagues, build, install, and quality-assure electrical centers, switchgear, and other technical installations. You will participate in the entire process from assembly to final installation and commissioning, working closely with project managers and technicians to ensure high-quality work. The position also involves troubleshooting, adjustments, and practical problem-solving in a varied and technically developing environment.

Your Background

We are looking for you who have previous experience in assembly or installation work, preferably within electricity, industry, or mechanics. You are practical, technically interested, and enjoy working both independently and in a team. Being able to read drawings and understand technical documentation is a great advantage. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a structured approach to work. Experience from workshop or field work is meritorious, but most importantly, you have the desire to develop and learn new tasks.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have a high school education in electricity, technology, or mechanics, or equivalent work experience. A B-driver's license is desirable as travel may occur in the position. Experience working with low- or high-voltage equipment is meritorious, as are relevant safety training courses. You should have good tool proficiency and a strong sense of quality and safety in your work. Personal qualities such as teamwork, engagement, and a positive attitude are highly valued.
