We are currently looking for C-category drivers in Gothenburg. We are seeking someone who has prior experience or is at the beginning of their career, is meticulous, independent, and wants to contribute to making society better? Then you have come to the right place.

The employment period is during the summer, from week 22 to week 32, with a high chance of extension. It is also possible to work for part of this period.

About the job:

You will be working with collecting recyclable materials in Gothenburg and the surrounding area. As a sanitation and recycling driver, there is also a lot of work outside the truck, including heavy lifting, which requires you to be physically active.

We are looking for you who are ready to work as a C-driver for a recycling company. As a driver, it is important that you can operate the vehicle in a safe and secure manner. We prefer that you have experience driving heavier vehicles, preferably trucks with rear loaders.

Responsibilities:

• Operate rear loaders safely
• Load recyclable materials using the rear loader
• Work with an environmental and safety mindset
• Handle household waste
• Handle glass, plastic, and metal recycling

About you:

This role suits you if you have good driving experience with C-category vehicles. You possess good knowledge of recycling and transport. You should have a cheerful customer service attitude and a positive mindset. You must be meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently. If you are used to taking initiative and thrive with many balls in the air, we see this as an extra merit. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Qualifications:

• Responsible and unpretentious
• C-driving license and YKB (Certificate of Professional Competence)
• Ability to speak and write Swedish

Experience from similar tasks within recycling and knowledge of operating heavier vehicles is advantageous.

Working hours: Monday–Friday 06:00–15:00.

Salary: According to collective agreement. Good compensation.
