About the assignment

Family in Gröndal with 2 children aged 5 & 7 years. They are seeking help with childcare a few times a month, approx. 4-5 hours per session. The oldest child has an NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorder) diagnosis, so experience in this area is a plus.

Since babysitting is a side job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job. To ensure a long-term relationship, we ask that you have a reasonable commute to the family (we usually consider around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competency profiles and ages, so we offer individual salary setting for all those with a high school diploma. For those still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour incl. vacation pay.

Upon employment as a babysitter with us, we require a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (extract from the criminal record).
