RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a competent and dedicated assistant nurse who enjoys working with the elderly? As an assistant nurse at Össbygården, you play a central role in the daily work and collaborate closely with your colleagues to perform high-quality care-related tasks. You work individually tailored with a focus on interaction, security, and respect for each person's unique needs.

You contribute to continuous learning in everyday situations, particularly related to dementia and interaction, and are involved in developing our person-centered approach. The work also includes delegated health and medical care tasks, social documentation, and active participation in planning and follow-up through implementation plans.

We work in teams together with other professions where collaboration and shared responsibility are a natural part of everyday life. Together with your colleagues, you help develop the operations both in the big picture and in the details.

Your working hours include day and evening shifts, and you may also work resource shifts at other units.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who:

• Are trained as an assistant nurse and can provide proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare.
• Have a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Have good cooperation skills, are receptive, and have a respectful interaction style.
• Have good computer skills and are confident in documenting in digital systems.
• Are responsible, solution-focused, and accustomed to working both independently and in teams.

It is meritorious if you:

• Have experience working in dementia care.
• Have knowledge of IBIC (Individual Needs at the Center).
