Your Role

As an assistant nurse with us, you are responsible for:

• Providing safe and individualized care.
• Being attentive to changes in the residents' health and well-being.
• Documenting according to current routines (SoL/HSL).
• Collaborating with colleagues, nurses, and other staff.
• Contributing to a calm and respectful environment for the residents.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained assistant nurse with the possibility for delegation.
• Has experience working in elderly care.
• Can document according to current routines (SoL/HSL).
• Is confident, responsible, and independent.
• Has good collaboration skills and can build trust in interactions with the elderly.
• Has a respectful attitude and shares our values.
• Has good proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written) as a requirement. Additional languages are an advantage.
