Job Description

As a Radiologic Technologist with us, you have a varied and developing job, sometimes at a high pace. We who work here learn from each other and have good cooperation between professions where the patient's best interest is our common goal.

You rotate between several modalities on two floors: emergency radiology on floor 2, in close proximity to the emergency department, and the radiology department on floor 3. The emergency operations are open 24/7, and the elective operations are open during the day as well as with some evening and weekend activities. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays and evenings, as well as weekends.

Qualifications

Licensed Radiologic Technologist. Meritorious with a few years of experience as a licensed Radiologic Technologist. You have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.

We are looking for you who are secure and able to maintain calm in a changing daily life with sometimes a high pace. You take responsibility for your own work and seek information if necessary to achieve a good result. You follow planning and structure, but also need to be able to handle the work when new situations arise. As a colleague, you value and contribute to good cooperation.

About the Department

The Radiology area includes radiography, nuclear medicine, and hospital physics. At the radiology department, we perform various advanced examinations using modern technology within radiography, ultrasound, and magnetic resonance imaging. We perform 140,000 radiography examinations annually and more than half of all liver ablations in Sweden. The clinic has modalities such as MRI, CT, angiography, conventional radiography, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, as well as an ablation operation. Approximately 150 people work in the operation.
