Job Responsibilities

At Posti, we are currently recruiting, on behalf of one of our clients in the automotive industry, an experienced and meticulous car preparer for a facility that handles both everyday cars and very exclusive vehicles. The client is an established player in the body repair and painting industry and is an authorized service partner for several well-known car brands, including Volkswagen, Škoda, SEAT, and Tesla. They also have experience working with hypercars from Koenigsegg, reflecting the very high quality standards that permeate the entire operation.

Key Duties

In this role, you will work in a crucial step of the painting process where meticulous preparation is central. Your tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Masking
• Sanding
• Filling/Spackling
• Other body preparation prior to painting

You are responsible for ensuring the substrate meets the highest possible quality standards so that the final result meets high demands.

You will work with vehicles in several different segments, from standard cars to exclusive premium and special vehicles, where precision and professional pride are decisive in every task.

Your Profile

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have at least 5 years of experience in car preparation, bodywork, sanding, masking, or similar within the automotive industry. You are accustomed to working independently and have a very good eye for detail and finish.

Formal education is meritorious but not decisive – your practical experience and quality of work are what weigh the most. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and thrive in an environment where high demands for precision are a natural part of daily life.
