We are now looking for a Delivery Coordinator for an exciting consulting assignment with our client in the industrial sector. You will work in an international and technology-oriented environment where the focus is on coordinating material flows and ensuring that deliveries reach the right place at the right time – often linked to larger customer and service projects worldwide.

This is a role for you who thrives in a fast-paced environment, likes structure, and wants to work at the interface between logistics, purchasing, warehousing, and project operations.

About the Assignment

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating materials, tools, and technical equipment related to global order and service projects. The work covers the entire delivery flow – from ordering and monitoring to packing, documentation, and international transport.

You work closely with several internal functions such as project management, warehouse, purchasing, transport/logistics, and planning, where you become a crucial link to ensure efficient and high-quality deliveries.

The role also involves contributing to improvement work within processes, material flows, and working methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer deliveries to international projects
• Order and monitor materials, tools, and equipment
• Ensure deliveries take place according to schedule and project-related requirements
• Handle export and import-related documentation
• Work in business systems and logistics tools for follow-up and administration
• Collaborate with warehouse, carriers, purchasing, and project teams
• Follow up on deviations and contribute to improvements in logistics and delivery flows
• Handle and analyze data in Excel related to deliveries and material status

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or order/delivery coordination
• Good understanding of warehouse flows and international transport
• Experience with export/import and associated administration is an advantage
• Very good proficiency in Excel
• Experience with SAP or similar business systems is highly advantageous
• Ability to work structured and handle several parallel activities
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
