About the Unit
The Logistics Unit Malmen supports the units at the Linköping Garrison, both in normal situations, in a security-political crisis, and in the event of an armed attack. The Logistics Unit is organized with a staff that coordinates the support and execution departments for supplies and technical services, respectively. The Logistics Unit is a dynamic workplace with varying tasks and opportunities for personal development. We are growing and we need you!
Main Responsibilities
- Work with large parts of a logistics chain, from warehouse, packing, transport, inventory management, and maintenance.
- Systematically build up stocks with war-time units' equipment and supplies.
- Perform reporting and inventory of supplies in the Swedish Armed Forces' reporting system Lift, Prio (SAP), and other IT systems.
- Represent the department at various forums.
- Participate in the work to develop the department and the work team.
- Participate in exercises throughout the Swedish Armed Forces.
Service at other locations in Sweden or abroad may occur, as well as on-call work and readiness. Heavy lifting is part of the work.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- At least a completed three-year upper secondary education or other competence that the employer considers equivalent.
- Several years of experience in warehouse/storage work, within a service trade or other competence that the employer considers equivalent.
- Driver's license, at least class B (manual).
- Very good experience working in a digital computer environment.
- Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
Forklift licenses, at least LPT10 B classes.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for you who are structured, thorough, and loyal. You are service-oriented with good cooperation skills, as the work involves contact with several different actors. Since the work is of a continuous nature, you need to be responsible, proactive, and independent in your work. You have the capacity to handle multiple tasks under high workload.
Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working in the Swedish Armed Forces' support systems Lift, PRIO (SAP).
- Knowledge and/or experience of the Swedish Armed Forces' operations and equipment.
- Truck license (CE competence).
- Military service certificate.
- ADR Sender and basic.
- Wheel loader and forklift licenses within LPT10 C competencies.
