About the role

As a Classifieds Sales Representative here, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing and follow-up. You will sell classified ad and employer branding solutions to companies looking to reach the right candidates through our specialized job boards.

Your responsibilities:

• Actively identify and contact new customers
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Sell classified ads and campaign solutions primarily via phone and email
• Drive deals from first contact to close
• Work towards clear targets and budget

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a documented track record of good sales results with classified ad solutions
• Is experienced in proactive sales and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong communication skills and can build trust quickly
• Is self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented
• Has industry experience
