Do you love closing deals, smashing targets, and getting rewarded for your hard work? We are now looking for a fearless and results-driven B2B salesperson with industry experience who wants to join our growth journey within job advertising.
About the role
As a B2B salesperson with us, your primary focus is crystal clear: creating new business. You will sell job advertisements and employer branding solutions to companies seeking specific competencies. Here you will sell a highly sought-after service on our platforms, where you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, with great freedom to plan your days yourself for maximum return.
Your responsibilities:
- Actively hunt and prospect for new B2B customers.
- Conduct needs analyses and pitch our advertising solutions (primarily via phone and email).
- Negotiate, write quotes, and – above all – close deals.
- Exceed your set sales and activity targets.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in sales, preferably within job advertising, and is accustomed to B2B sales.
- Is a "hunter" who gains energy from proactive contact and a high pace.
- Has strong drive, is fearless, and thrives in a results-oriented environment.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Wants a salary model where your hard work is directly reflected in your paycheck.
