Welcome to a new future at Riksbyggen! Riksbyggen is a cooperative company, meaning we are member-owned and work according to our four core values: Innovation, Security, Collaboration, and Long-term perspective. We develop sustainable living environments by both creating new housing and managing properties. As one of Sweden's largest players in both housing development and property management, we serve housing cooperatives, companies, and public property owners. Regardless of your interests or goals, you are always welcome with us.
We are now growing within the commercial management segment and are therefore looking for two skilled maintenance technicians for the Rikskund department.
Make a difference with us
As a maintenance technician, you work independently or in a team and are responsible for routine corrective maintenance and repairs following reported faults. In addition to fault reports, residents and customers order various smaller services, such as repair jobs in apartments and premises. Continuous contact with residents, customers, and contractors is an essential part of the job. You also handle the purchase of consumables and the care of your own work equipment.
The role of a maintenance technician involves a varied daily routine with freedom under responsibility.
Your daily tasks include, among other things:
- Routine corrective maintenance following reported faults
- Troubleshooting
- Repairs and maintenance within electricity, construction, plumbing (HVAC), and minor ventilation work
- Handling daily customer contacts
- Reporting in our digital systems
You use your mobile phone or computer to receive and report on your work. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, and you are expected to solve the challenges you face in your work on your own initiative.
Contribute with your skills and commitment
We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, unpretentious, and helpful. We want you to have the ability to identify and meet our customers' needs. You should have a positive attitude towards your work, our customers, and your colleagues. It is also important that you are service-oriented, quality-conscious, and capable of organizing your work efficiently.
You have a high school education and/or a vocational college (KY) education with a focus on property operations or management, or equivalent competence acquired in another way, along with experience in similar work. You also have several years of experience in carpentry.
The position is a permanent position based in Stockholm.
Riksbyggen sees diversity as a strength and strives to create an inclusive work environment. Riksbyggen applies a probationary period.
Send your application to us via www.riksbyggen.se/Om oss/Lediga jobb (https://www.riksbyggen.se/Om-oss/Lediga-jobb) by 2026-06-22. We conduct continuous selection, and the position may be filled before the final application date, so apply today!
