Hälsa Hemma is a new innovative healthcare center that combines home visits and digital contacts. Our motto: Real digi-physical care! We are located in Gothenburg and Stockholm. We are now looking for you who are a nurse in Gothenburg and want to work from our healthcare center in Kållered.

It has proven that patients truly appreciate Hälsa Hemma, which has led to Sweden's most modern healthcare center growing. We offer a flexible job where we prioritize care quality and the development of innovative and accessible primary care. Just as patients have individual needs and wishes, we understand that you do too.

At Hälsa Hemma, you work in our self-developed digital platform created by us who work within healthcare. In the platform, you can keep in touch with your patients via text and/or video, and simultaneously discuss patient cases securely with your colleagues. You will base your work from our physical clinic in Kållered.

We are looking for you:

• Who is a registered nurse.
• Who wants to drive development forward and challenge old ways of thinking.
• With good Swedish language skills in speech and writing.
• With a valid driver's license for a passenger car.

You are welcome to:

• Have experience from working at a healthcare center previously.
• Be a specialist-trained district nurse (not a requirement).
• Have good computer skills.
