We are Yodabee, a rapidly growing company within office services. We help companies increase well-being and show care for their employees.

Yodabee was founded in 2014 with the vision of making menstrual protection as commonplace as toilet paper at work. Since then, we have grown together with our customers and expanded our range based on their requests.

Every month, we deliver plenty of lovely hygiene products directly to the office toilet – obviously menstrual protection, but also hand cream, hairspray, dental floss, dry shampoo, spray deodorant, etc. Everything that might be needed on short notice during a workday, making people feel included and taken care of.

Since 2020, we have also assembled custom gifts that are sent home to our customers' employees around the world.

And now we are growing again! 🚀

In addition to our well-being boxes, we are launching a staffing service where our customers can hire service-oriented staff from us – both for shorter and longer assignments. This could involve covering for a sick receptionist, helping out at an event, or providing support when extra hands are needed on-site.

Our headquarters are located at St Eriksplan in Stockholm. We also have offices in Malmö and Gothenburg. Now we are looking for one more star who wants to join us on this journey in the Stockholm team. Could it be you? 💜

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time and can step in with short notice, during daytime on weekdays. Perhaps you are a cheerful person who wants to fill your days with a social, dynamic, and meaningful side job?

You are outgoing, confident in your interactions with people, and thrive in a role where you are the face of the company. You enjoy creating a good atmosphere around you and adapt easily to new environments. One day you restock well-being boxes, the next day you welcome visitors at a reception or help out at an event.

• Comfortable representing Yodabee at our customers' sites

Job Responsibilities

As a well-being professional with us, you will:

• Visit our customers in the Stockholm area to clean and restock their Yodabee boxes
• Receive deliveries, manage the warehouse, and pack refills at our office at St Eriksplan
• Transport refills to customers (usually via public transport, sometimes by car/taxi)
• Pack orders and gift shipments

In addition, you may also work within our staffing service, for example by:

• Stepping into reception / front desk roles (both short and slightly longer assignments)
• Helping out at events (catering, hosting, decoration, practical assistance)
• Assisting with office moves (unpacking, setting up, organizing)
• Fulfilling other temporary needs at customer sites

You will simply become a reliable and professional representative for Yodabee at our customers' sites 💜

Merits (but not requirements)

• Driver's license
• Experience in reception or events
• Experience in service industry
• Experience in cleaning

Employment level: As needed. Possibly more in the future.

Start date: By agreement. We are primarily looking for someone who can start working in the autumn and continue long-term, but we would also appreciate if you have the possibility to step in as needed during the summer.
