At Villa Östergård, we receive patients who need rehabilitation after fractures, rehabilitation after stroke, rehabilitation after surgeries, and recovery after hospital stays. Our work is guided by a salutogenic approach where everyday rehabilitation is a large part of the day. We offer short-term care to those aged 40 and above who need care and support in various forms. The quality of our care arises in the meeting between the staff and the residents every day in every moment.
Or as we say: At Vardaga, every day is equally important.
About the role
You work in a team together with physiotherapists, nurses, and care staff, and your task is to provide quality of life. You see every individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs.

supervising your colleagues in rehabilitative interventions, approaches, transfer techniques, etc.
having contact with the residents' relatives.
Welcome to our world!
At Vardaga, the goal is clear: We want to make the world a little better, one person at a time. Our culture is permeated by the values of respect, simplicity, responsibility, and knowledge – and it makes us all pull in the same direction. Here you can read about our value-based work.

We believe that you who apply to us:
are attracted to a varied job that requires great knowledge of care and social services.
enjoy meeting people in different situations.
are independent, can make own assessments and decisions, and dare to think for yourself.
have a pedagogical approach and enjoy working in a team as well as supporting colleagues.
You are a licensed occupational therapist, and we would appreciate it if you had a few years of experience in elderly care. You have good computer skills and experience with documentation. Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.
