Are you ready to take the next step as an Electrical Foreman and work on one of Sweden's most critical infrastructure projects?

We are currently recruiting an Electrical Foreman for Elektrosignal Infra, an established player in the railway and critical infrastructure sector. The role is linked to the management of the expanded subway system, the new subway line in Stockholm, and is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by Elektrosignal Infra.

About the Role

As an Electrical Foreman, you play a central role in production. You are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring electrical work during the project's execution phase, acting as the link between project management, installers, subcontractors, and the client. The focus is on safety, quality, time, and economy.

Examples of tasks:

• Supervision of electrical installations in tunnel and infrastructure environments
• Planning of production, staffing, materials, and site establishment
• Coordination with other disciplines and contractors
• Monitoring of schedules, variations, deviations, and daily documentation
• Ensuring compliance with ESA requirements, occupational health and safety, and project regulations
• Participation in construction and coordination meetings, as well as site inspections

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience as an electrical foreman or lead installer (experience in infrastructure, tunnels, civil engineering, or industry is meritorious but not required)
• Is structured, clear, and confident in your leadership on the production floor
• Has a good understanding of contracting processes, coordination, and documentation
• Communicates fluently in Swedish; English skills are meritorious
• Hold a valid Category B driver's license

Meritorious Qualifications:

• Experience from the subway, SL (Stockholm Public Transport), or major infrastructure projects
• ESA 19/21 or equivalent, BAS-U/BAS-P certifications
• Lift, wheel loader, or SSG training
• Experience with relation documents, self-checks, and digital tools (e.g., Office suite, Bluebeam)
