The Assignment

We are looking for several fitters for a summer job in Södertälje. You will work practically with assembly as well as simple moving and handling of machinery and equipment. This assignment is suitable for you who enjoy practical work and want to contribute to a smooth workflow within a team.

This is a 5-week summer position starting in week 27. Working hours are 07:00–16:00, Monday–Friday.

Your main responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Simple assembly of components/products
• Moving and handling of machinery and equipment
• Following established routines and safety instructions
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve set goals

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and enjoys practical work. You are a good team player, communicate well, and are flexible in your tasks. Long-term experience is not required; what matters most is your willingness to learn and work carefully.

Desirable qualifications and traits:

• Experience from simple assembly, warehousing, workshop, or production is an advantage
• Accustomed to physical work and enjoy it
• Meticulous and responsible in your approach
• Good teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement

About the Position and Libera

The position is part of Libera's staffing operations and is performed for a client in Södertälje. Libera is a competence company within logistics and production with local teams in Stockholm and the Mälaren Valley. We work closely with our clients to deliver qualified solutions and create developmental assignments for our employees.
