Your Role
The business area currently covers the concrete accessories product segment. In this role, you have overall responsibility for the area's development, profitability, and strategy. You work closely with sales, purchasing, and marketing to ensure that the assortment, pricing, and working methods are commercially sound and create value for the business.
You are responsible for monitoring budgets, results, and forecasts, as well as driving pricing and costing work.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, and contribute to the development of the business area
- Conduct analyses of results, volumes, and the market to support decision-making
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and marketing to ensure decisions are implemented within the organization
- Work on contracts and supplier relationships
- Participate in strategic customer dialogues
You also build relationships with consultants, specifiers, and other key stakeholders.
You collaborate with our Nordic sister companies, particularly 7 Steel Denmark. You are part of the marketing department, which consists of approximately 35 employees, and have personnel responsibility for one employee. You report to the Sales and Marketing Director.
Who are you?
We are looking for a business-driven, analytical, and structured team player who thrives with a data-driven approach and taking responsibility for results and development.
We see that you have:
- Documented experience in business or operational responsibility
- Good knowledge of Excel (analyses, calculations, scenarios)
- Experience working with budgets, forecasts, and monitoring
- Strong commercial understanding and the ability to translate analysis into business decisions
Qualifications that would be considered an advantage:
- Experience from construction, industrial, or project-intensive operations
- Experience working closely with sales and purchasing
- Leadership experience
When?
The position is full-time (100%) with immediate start. As selections and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, the position may be filled before the application deadline.
