About the role The Nammo Group has approximately 3,000 employees and is represented in 11 countries worldwide. The operations cover the development, production, and sale of high-tech defense products as well as environmentally friendly demilitarization. Nammo Sweden AB is located in three locations in Sweden and has approximately 500 employees. At the production units in Karlskoga and Lindesberg, we develop and produce Large Caliber ammunition. We are located at Björkborns Industriområde in Karlskoga and Köpingsvägen in Lindesberg, and currently have about 150 employees. Job Responsibilities We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for Nammo in Lindesberg who will be responsible for:

• Planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs, and developing administrative procedures as needed.
• Performing ongoing inspections and checks of equipment according to current work instructions.
• Leading and/or participating in projects and investigations to solve technical issues.
• Instructing hired personnel in maintenance work when necessary.
• Continuous improvement work.
• Reporting observations, near misses, and accidents in the IA system.
• Working and reporting in the maintenance system.

Ensuring a needs-based and economically optimal spare parts inventory for the operations.

Collaboration The role involves close and efficient collaboration with several different functions, such as:

• Production
• Purchasing
• Quality
• Engineering
• Other Nammo sites
• External contacts

As an employee, you take responsibility for quickly calling for help in case of work or material problems and ensure that work instructions are interpreted, understood, and used correctly to maintain high quality in the work.

Regarding protection and safety, you use the existing safety and security tools on the department, as well as wearing personal protective equipment according to current guidelines. All near misses and work-related injuries are reported according to company procedures, and all work is carried out in accordance with the company's established safety levels and safety regulations.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who has at least a 3-year upper secondary education or equivalent and has good communication and collaboration skills. It is important that you understand the importance of environment, health, and safety.

• You are proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• You have experience from process or manufacturing industry.
• You have experience with hot work and mobile work platforms.
• Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, bearing technology, metrology, reading drawings, and troubleshooting methods.
• Basic knowledge of control systems and electrical components.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours, but may change to a 2-shift system.
