In this role, you are Momentum's face in the store. Your main focus is to provide customers within the industry and construction sectors with the best possible experience. You combine good business practices with efficient logistics and technical advice.

The work is scheduled on weekdays during daytime hours.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

• Exceptional Customer Service: Build strong, long-term relationships by always providing fast, professional, and solution-oriented service.
• Proactive Sales: Identify customer needs and actively recommend and sell the right technical solutions and products.
• Warehouse Management: Support and manage warehouse processes when needed.
• Technical Advice: Use your industry knowledge to guide customers through the range of industrial components.
• Store Atmosphere: Ensure the store is sales-oriented, presentable, and a place where customers feel welcome.

Qualifications

Your qualifications – Service, Technology & Logistics:

• High Service Orientation: Your primary drive is to help the customer. You are attentive, patient, and see problems as opportunities.
• Sales/Service Experience: You have documented experience in customer contact, preferably within B2B.
• Industry Knowledge: You have a basic understanding of industrial processes and needs, enabling you to quickly grasp the customer's situation.
• Technical Competence: A genuine interest in and knowledge of technical products (e.g., bearings, hydraulics, tools, transmission) – or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Warehouse Experience: You are structured and accustomed to warehouse work and logistics. (Forklift license is a plus!)
• Language: Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
