RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for an engaged nurse for Solgårdsgatan Care and Support Home. Here, you will work closely with both colleagues and residents in an operation where quality, safety, and good treatment are at the center. You will become an important part of a team that together creates the best possible care and quality of life for our elderly.

As a nurse with us, you have a central role in ensuring good and safe care. You work independently while being part of a team where collaboration is crucial.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for health and medical care interventions for residents.
• Plan, implement, and follow up on nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and doctors.
• Documentation and work within operational systems.
• Perform sample collections, infusions, wound dressings, and palliative care.
• Supervise, support, and delegate tasks to nursing staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a confident and engaged nurse with a genuine interest in elderly care. You work with patient safety in mind, take responsibility, and thrive in a role where you combine independence with collaboration.

• Licensed Nurse (RN).
• At least two years of experience as a nurse.
• Experience in geriatrics.
• Category B driver's license and driving experience.
• Good ability to make independent medical assessments.

It is meritorious if you have experience with documentation systems such as Treserva, Lifecare, Pascal, or NPÖ, as well as further education within the care sector.
