Drift Technician at Riksbyggen in Stockholm

Riksbyggen grows in tandem with our customers. We are now expanding our operations and seeking a Drift Technician for the Stockholm Market Area.

As a Drift Technician, you work with technically complex buildings that require extensive property technology expertise. Your tasks include energy and operational monitoring, performing maintenance, identifying deviations, and carrying out corrective upkeep.

Make a difference with us

As a Drift Technician, you handle operational technical issues and are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the buildings' technical systems. You work within a customer team, collaborating closely with other Drift Technicians, technical property managers, and building hosts.

You ensure that the operation of the properties functions optimally according to the property owner's requirements and the tenant's expectations.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, as well as control and regulation systems
• Managing periodic service schedules and operational monitoring
• Adjusting ventilation in rental apartments
• Troubleshooting heating, hot water, and ventilation issues for our customers
• Repair and maintenance measures in operational technical systems
• Participating in the execution of OVK (Ventilation System Inspection)
• On-site alarm management
• Reading water, electricity, and purchased heat meters, and entering values into the energy analysis system

We expect you to have:

• Drift Technician education or other upper secondary education/VET education with a technical focus on operational technology, property operations, or property management
• Broad technical experience in property technology
• Good knowledge of heating and ventilation systems, control and regulation technology, monitoring systems, and operational optimization in properties
• Familiarity with authority requirements (OVK, fire safety, radon, etc.)
• Good skills in working with digital tools and system support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A valid B-driver's license
