About the role

As a Customer Specialist, you have a central and business-close role within mortgages, personal loans, and insurance. You are the first point of contact for customers who have shown interest in our services and are responsible for creating a professional, structured, and value-adding customer experience.

You will:

• Proactively contact and follow up with customers who have shown interest
• Qualify leads and identify business opportunities
• Work systematically with documentation and follow-up in our systems
• Contribute results, insights, and improvement proposals to the team

The role is clearly goal-oriented, and you work systematically towards set key figures with a focus on quality, pace, and business results.

About you

We are looking for you who have experience from a customer-facing role where the phone has been one of your primary work tools. You are confident in proactive outreach and motivated by working towards clear goals.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in sales, appointment booking, or a similar role
• Are fluent in Swedish and English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Have experience from banking, finance, or loan brokerage (advantageous)

To thrive in the role, you are structured, meticulous, and comfortable working in various systems. You have good administrative skills and ensure that documentation and follow-up maintain high quality.

At the same time, you are communicative and responsive – you adapt your message, build trust, and create good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
