Logistics Coordinator / The Hub of the Operation

We are looking for someone who thrives when everything is happening at once. You are the person who holds daily operations together, solves problems quickly, and ensures that project managers, foremen, suppliers, and installers feel confident that everything is under control.

This is not a standard administrative role. You will be the heart of our daily operations.

About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you are the central contact point in the business. You are responsible for ensuring that daily flows work smoothly – from transportation and materials to communication between project managers, warehouses, contractors, and customers.

The work is varied and fast-paced, requiring you to prioritize effectively even when multiple things are happening simultaneously.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinating vehicles and logistics in daily operations
• Maintaining constant contact with project managers, foremen, suppliers, and contractors
• Handling large volumes of emails and incoming orders
• Performing administrative tasks in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internal systems
• Ensuring that materials, deliveries, and planning run smoothly
• Being the go-to person everyone calls when they need help or quick answers
• Holding the operation together both administratively and operationally
