Lärkvägen Home Care consists of several different work teams that, depending on employment, work all hours of the day. The work team is based at the office on Lärkvägen 4, and we primarily use cars and bicycles to reach our users.

DUTIES
The duties vary depending on the user's need for assistance. You will work with good nursing care, service, and social interaction, as well as documentation, planning, healthcare tasks, and development work. We travel by car or bicycle between our users. All work is also carried out in close collaboration with several different professions. We work based on the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL).

In the role of assistant nurse, you are flexible and responsible, as your working days involve everything from handling alarms, commitments as a fixed care contact, administering medication according to prescription, daily care and nursing, to sitting down and talking for a while with those in need. You are, together with your colleagues, the key person around the user, and you work together to create a good life for the individual.

You also attend as a fixed care contact during welcome conversations, draw up and update implementation plans, have contact with relatives and other professions, and document according to current legislation in our business system.

Significant changes have also occurred in digitalization for home care in recent years, and we work primarily through our work mobiles. In the mobile, staff see their daily schedule, sign for medications, and document important events in our journal system.

QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements for the position:

• Educated assistant nurse with a protected professional title (1500 upper secondary school credits or upper secondary school diploma)
• Category B driving license
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language

Advantageous:

• Has other supplementary education, for example in dementia or low-affective handling, which the employer deems relevant
• Experience of working within elderly care
• Experience of other relevant assignments or representative roles as an assistant nurse

You should have a good attitude towards those you meet, enjoy creating new and good relationships, and have good cooperation skills. You are also interested in continuing to build up our operations and are flexible in changed circumstances in your work.
