We are now looking for a Quality & Operations Coordinator for Joyweek's cleaning team. This role is perfect for you if you have experience in cleaning services and want to work closely with customers, suppliers, and the internal organization to ensure quality, structure, and stable delivery.

As a Quality & Operations Coordinator, you will become an important part of our cleaning team and work close to the operations. You will follow up on deliveries on-site, support daily work, and contribute to improvements in everyday tasks. The role is operational with a clear focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and well-functioning collaborations. The role is primarily linked to our existing customers & suppliers in Malmö and Linköping, but may also involve some support in Gothenburg. In this role, you ensure that collaborations function well and that our customers receive the quality they expect.

About the role

As a Quality & Operations Coordinator, you will become an important part of Joyweek's cleaning team. The role is operational and resembles a supervisory role to some extent, but with a focus on follow-up, quality, and coordination together with our subcontractors.

Together with your closest colleague, who will also be your closest manager, you have overall responsibility for the daily work related to our quality deliveries within cleaning services. Part of the role involves visiting existing customers, following up on deliveries on-site, and ensuring that the work functions according to agreed quality standards. You have ongoing contact with both suppliers and customers, and collaborate with the sales organization when necessary, for example during minor deviations, follow-ups, or start-ups.

The role is primarily based in Malmö, but you will also provide support in Linköping and Gothenburg when needed. Consequently, travel is estimated at approximately 1–3 times per month.

Your responsibilities include:

• Follow up on and ensure quality in cleaning service deliveries
• Maintain ongoing contact with subcontractors in operational work
• Support daily work related to delivery, quality, and follow-up
• Handle deviations and ensure they are resolved together with the supplier
• Participate in joint visits with sales for minor deviations or customer follow-ups
• Contribute to creating structure and clear working methods
• Identify areas for improvement in daily operations and drive these forward
• Support the start-up of new sites when needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience from the cleaning industry
• Has worked in a supervisory, coordinating, or operational role within cleaning services
• Has a good understanding of quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction
• Is confident in dialogue with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Is proficient in the Microsoft Office package
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have had personnel responsibility previously, although the role in this case primarily involves coordination and follow-up via subcontractors.

You are used to working close to daily operations and understand the importance of quickly identifying issues that affect quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery. You enjoy creating structure, following up, and ensuring things get done, while maintaining a flat hierarchy attitude and not being afraid to be operational when needed.
